In the real tool these values come from fitting historical telemetry: each activity's mean power, typical window and spread are regressed from past sols where it ran, alongside temperature-driven heater terms. The numbers below are placeholder priors; edit them to see the plan update. "Training instances" is where a fitted model would report how many past executions back each coefficient.
